BackLinks Pays Me $25 Per Referral

On 21 November, I got an email from paypal. I was very suprised that BackLinks sent me a payment of $25 to my Paypal account. I haven’t sold any links with them but I earned $25 from BackLinks Affiliate program. They pay you $25 for each publisher that sells at least $5 in text links using their service and $100 for each advertiser that you referred spent at least $50 per month purchase text links.
